Solo is €29/month or €290/year and includes up to 60 generated posts per calendar month. Every plan starts with a 14-day full-plan trial (card required; no charge during the trial). You can cancel from the app at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Full detail in section 5.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Silicon Awakening ("Mindscast", "we", "us") governing your use of the Mindscast product and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Mindscast is an AI content-marketing product. It builds a Product Context Document (PCD) from sources you connect, then helps you generate, review, and publish grounded content to LinkedIn and X. Publishing is a human-in-the-loop workflow: content is prepared for your review, and posts are published only after you approve them or explicitly enable automated publishing.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. Mindscast is a business product; if you use it on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
You sign in with an email code or a Google account. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your email and sign-in method secure. Notify us at support@mindscast.app if you suspect unauthorized use.
Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for periods already started.
You agree not to use Mindscast to:

You retain rights to the sources you provide and to the content generated for you. You grant us a limited licence to process this material solely to operate and improve the service for you.
You are responsible for what you publish. Mindscast grounds content in your product sources to reduce errors, but it does not guarantee accuracy. Review every post before it goes out; you decide what is published and remain responsible for it and for any claims it makes.
Content is produced with AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. It is not professional, legal, financial, or marketing-compliance advice. You must review and, where needed, verify output before relying on or publishing it.
The Mindscast software, models, the derived intelligence we build to run the service (such as quality and voice-calibration signals), and our name and branding are owned by Silicon Awakening. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service — no other rights are granted.
When you connect LinkedIn or X, your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes, rate limits, or actions they take on your account. Connecting a platform authorizes us to publish the content you approve there.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service running and your data safe.
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or non-payment. On termination, your right to use the service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) continue to apply.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights where they apply.
You agree to indemnify and hold Silicon Awakening harmless from claims and costs arising out of the content you publish, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or of a third-party platform's terms.
We may update the service and these Terms. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Silicon Awakening's place of establishment, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We will try to resolve any dispute with you informally first — contact us before taking further action.
